Changing RPC for browser wallets

Hi all, I want to use my unique RPC instead of common RPCs. How can I change it?

  1. Install and set up MetaMask: Ensure that you have MetaMask installed as a browser extension and set up with an Ethereum wallet.
  2. Obtain a custom provider URL: Find or create a custom Ethereum node provider URL. This could be a self-hosted node or a service that offers node hosting.
  3. Configure MetaMask settings: Open MetaMask and access the settings menu. Scroll down to the “Networks” section and click on “Add Network” to create a new network configuration.
  4. Fill in network details: Provide the relevant details for your custom network, including the network name, RPC URL (the custom provider URL obtained earlier), the chain ID, currency symbol, and block explorer URL.
  5. Save the network configuration: After filling in the network details, click on the “Save” button to save the custom network configuration in MetaMask.
  6. Switch to the custom network: Once the custom network is saved, you can select it from the network dropdown menu in MetaMask.
