How to change RPC for quicknode custom one on solflare or phantom wallet?

Hi, I saw your tutorial about changing RPC endpoint for solana wallets but when I look in my browser wallet extension there is no such custom rpc nor localhost (in case I want to use a proxy gateway with node.js)

Am I missing something? all i Have is devnet, testnet and mainnet.

Unfortunately, neither Solflare nor Phantom allows users to add a custom RPC or local host network.
